A downloadable game for Windows and Linux

it's getting cold is a text-based survival simulation video game available for Windows, Macintosh, and *NIX home computers. Survive in a simulated forest environment rendered in high-fidelity through the power of ASCII text descriptions; experience immersion like never before.

Install instructions

There may be some garbage on Windows preventing you from downloading the game, such as antivirus/Windows defender, as well as file permissions. These should be able to be circumvented with a little bit of effort. (I hate compiling programs for Windows.)
